We are a small family-run property management business that prides our self in our personal attention to our properties and tenants. We offer executive style apartments at Mission Place, urban historic living at The Helen, as well as options that include private fenced yards and a garage. From studios to four bedroom units, we look forward to meeting your housing needs. We require an application process and look for good credit/background checks, rental history, positive references, and stable employment (rent to income ratio of 1:3). Each tenant has access to their own private tenant portal online for ease of rent payments, simple maintenance requests, electronic document signing, and accessible rental document storage.
